One month left

9/23/10 - One month from today, I will be in Malibu, CA, getting ready to embark on the opportunity of a lifetime.  Gathering items for the trip.  Found out yesterday, we have to sign a release for NBC because they will be filming at the Malibu Fitness Ridge at the time of my journey.  I just know I don't want to be on TV in a sports bra.......LOL.

Countdown to BLFR Malibu

64 days until The Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge at Malibu.  I am so excited, and scared to death.  My family is so supportive, and I want to live long enough to see my grandchildren grow up.  This is the road to new health for me.  When we are allowed, I will post on this site as often as I can.
